Signature Dishes

The ramen, but also the rice bowls and sushi rolls. Notable are the Salmon Katsu, Edamame, Poke Don and creating your ramen bowl.

Review

The edamame has grated lemon zest, which adds a slight tanginess and elevates the savory flavor of the bean. It is a must to start off a meal or snack. The ramen demands to be slurped; the broth is what adds an explosion of flavors in the mouth with subtle spiciness to give it a good kick.

For a more roundhouse-style kick, there are accompanying oil, paste and chili flakes. The “Build Your Own Ramen” is a great way to always get what you want, choosing which broth, toppings and type of noodle for your perfect ramen bowl.

The sushi rolls are nothing to write home about; although very tasty and not flavorless at all, the focus here is most definitely the ramen and rice bowls. The rice bowls are presented beautifully as if you were dining in. The soft rice alongside a crispy salmon from the salmon katsu bowl is definitely worth a little bit more on the splurge.
