Proposition 34 would require qualifying private or public healthcare entities to spend 98% of their net revenue from the discount prescription drug program on direct patient care and permanently authorize the Medi-cal RX program.
A "yes" vote on Proposition 5 would lower the voting threshold for local borrowing to fund low-income housing and public infrastructure from two-thirds to 55%.

A vote yes on Measure FF would increase Santa Rosa’s transient occupancy tax from 9% to 11% to address the general fund’s budget deficit.
If passed, Proposition 35 would continue the dedicated revenue of tax dollars to fund and maintain the health care systems in California, potentially bolstering medical coverage and supporting continued health care at a reduced price.
A yes vote on Proposition 32 supports raising the minimum wage to $18 in 2025 for large businesses and 2026 for small businesses tying future change of wages to inflation.
