Tom Chown fills three roles at Santa Rosa Junior College. He provides photography for public relations events and for the theater arts department and its Summer Repertory Theater series; he also works for the art department as a photographic laboratory technician. During the pandemic, Chown has been updating the photo lab’s inventory and scanning images for the art department.
