Santa Rosa Junior College Student Housing Leasing office is now accepting applications for on-campus dorms, which will be approved after winter break.

Santa Rosa Junior College will host an open house to commemorate the opening of the Student Housing Leasing Office from 1-5 p.m. Nov. 3 in Plover Hall.

Students who attend the open house can familiarize themselves with the leasing office and learn more about housing options. Robert Ethington, interim vice president of student services, will provide a brief remark at 1:30 p.m. and there will be light refreshments throughout the event.

Students are now able to apply for leasing, which has a $35 fee. Applications will be reviewed and approved after winter break. Accepted students will then sign a license agreement to confirm their spot. Rooms will be assigned in May 2023. Students who apply must be enrolled at SRJC.

Student tenants can expect free Wi-Fi, on-site laundry and study rooms. For more information, students can visit https://housing.santarosa.edu/.
