Q: What drew you to SRJC?
A: There is diversity and a shared governance and faculty collaboration.

 
Q: What inspired you to work in your chosen field?
A: I am El Salvadorian and was the first in my family to go to college. I want to support the minority communities.

 
Q: What does learning mean to you?
A: It requires engaging in school materials, asking questions and not being passive.

 
Q: What is the sound track to your life?
A: The Doors because Jim Morrison is at one with his music, and that’s how I like to live my life.
