SJRC to host final food giveaway of the semester Friday

The last food distribution and grocery card giveaway of the semester will take place 9–10 a.m. Dec. 7 on Santa Rosa campus

Santa Rosa Junior College Student Life, Equity and Engagement has partnered with Redwood Empire Food Bank to host the last free food distribution and grocery card giveaway of the year from 9–10 a.m. Dec. 7 at Burbank Circle on the Santa Rosa campus. 

The event is open to all current students, who can enter to receive a $50 grocery gift card from the Feed the Bears pop-up food pantry. 

Students must bring their SRJC student ID number and a photo ID, and should enter campus southbound off Mendocino Avenue.
