Cristan Molinelli-Ruberto reviews Coast Kitchen, an elegant farm-to-table restaurant nestled deep among the coves and crags of the rugged Sonoma Coast. The restaurant offers local fare with upscale twists and turns, much like Highway 1, the only way in and out of the establishment.
