Dylan Cooper, Podcast Editor
Dylan Cooper is in his second semester at The Oak Leaf and delving headfirst into multimedia production and management. He has taken on the role of podcast editor alongside Kevin Terlizzi-Bowes and plans to overhaul the media side of the newsroom to welcome new voices and produce more content. He can also be found writing articles for both The Oak Leaf and The Community Voice, where he works in his free time. When not publishing work or combing his impressive mustache, he can be found running a Dungeons & Dragons campaign with other Oak Leaf staff members or worldbuilding for other D&D games.
Forest Crystallah, Reporter
Forest Crystallah (he/him) is a journalism major entering his first semester at the Oak Leaf. Being raised in the low-income punk and homeless scene influenced his desire to bring attention to issues faced by minorities in these communities. He is primarily interested in feature writing and investigative journalism. He is currently a part of SRJC internship “We the Future” and is working on a research project about the effects of the current administration on SRJC’s LGBTQ+ unhoused student community.
